IS YOUR HOME BUILT WITH THIS FEATURE?
This gap you see in all of these photographs is what put all of us animal control companies in business. This gap is legal in Georgia to leave short of wood. But its not left for any known reason except because everyone thinks the roofing shingles will keep the animals out. And they do not because they can be just lifted with very little effort. If your home has recently been discovered as having this gap please give us a call. We seal this gap with galvanized steel. This is performed under our structural seal warranty.
We have more than one choice for a warranty.
A warranty is important for some but not for others. We will custom write a warrnty to fit your needs.
And if you sign up for our complete animal proofing warranty we will seal every area that we know of that an animal could gain entry into your home from. And we will go that extra mile and warranty all other areas. So if an animal chews a new entry point down the road we will come back and seal that also at no charge. And we will warranty it against all animals not just the problem animal.

Why Galvanized?
Hot-dip galvanized steel has been effectively used for more than 150 years. The value of hot-dip galvanizing stems from the relative corrosion resistance of zinc, which, under most service conditions, is considerably better than iron and steel. In addition to forming a physical barrier against corrosion, zinc, applied as a hot-dip galvanized coating, cathodically protects exposed steel. Furthermore, galvanizing for protection of iron and steel is favored because of its low cost, the ease of application, and the extended maintenance-free service that it provides.
