Dead animal removal is not always as easy as picking it up and putting it in a bag. Many times the animal will die under insulation in the attic or in the insulation of the sub floor. These can be very frustrating and difficult to locate. Depending on what killed the animal will have much to do with where it could be. If bait or poison was used it could have died days after it was ingested. This means it could be between floors or in wall voids. We have a 90% success rate on locating them. However the 10% that we can not locate will always be due to architectural conditions we cannot control. A service fee of $99.00 will still be charged in this case. Odor control is also part of the service.
